In the continuous lines, the multi-cathode TIG welders, plasma welders and laser welders are adopted, and the advanced imported facilities for inner bead rolling£¬outer bead grinding, on-line bright annealing and on-line eddy current testing units are fully equipped. The size range of the products out of continuous lines is: OD 10-219mm, WT 0.5-8 mm. Equipped in the large-diameter welded pipe bending process lines is the complete set of process equipments including raw material cutting, roll forming, fully automatic straight welding, circumferential welding, shape conditioning, heat treatment and pickling. The size range of the products out of bending process lines is: OD 219-2500 mm, WT 5-50 mm. Besides, there are complete inspecting and testing facilities, such as direct-reading spectrometer, eddy current machine, industrial CT machine, hydraulic testing unit and tensile strength testing unit, etc.
